Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of OnlyToc™ and supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without notice or refund.

1. Prohibited Content

You may NOT post, share, upload, or transmit content that:

Is sexually explicit or pornographic in nature
Depicts or encourages violence, self-harm, or suicide
Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — we report all instances to NCMEC
Is defamatory, fraudulent, or constitutes identity theft
Promotes terrorism, hate groups, or extremist ideologies
Infringes intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, trade secrets)
Contains malware, spyware, phishing links, or deceptive URLs
Constitutes spam, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial messages
Violates any applicable local, national, or international law
AI-generated content is subject to the same restrictions as user-generated content

2. Prohibited Conduct

Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or bullying any user
Creating fake or impersonation accounts
Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the platform
Circumventing access controls or security measures
Selling or transferring your account to another person
Engaging in coordinated inauthentic behavior
Manipulating likes, followers, or engagement metrics artificially
Using the platform to facilitate illegal commerce or financial fraud

3. Creator-Specific Rules

Creators must be 18+ to access Creator Mode
Exclusive content must comply with all applicable laws
Creators may not deceive subscribers about the nature of their content
Creators are solely responsible for tax obligations on earnings
Creators may not use the platform to solicit off-platform payments for prohibited content

4. AI Companion Usage

You may not attempt to manipulate AI companions into producing harmful content
AI companions are for personal support — not professional medical, legal, or financial advice
You may not use AI outputs to deceive, defraud, or harm others
Attempting to "jailbreak" or circumvent AI safety filters is prohibited

5. Reporting Violations

Use the in-app reporting feature or contact trust@onlytoc.app to report violations. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate this AUP. We cooperate with law enforcement when legally required. Egregious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
