Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Creator") and ArchEngine Dynamics LLC ("Company"), operator of OnlyToc™. By activating Creator Mode, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and all applicable policies.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to activate Creator Mode. You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to create, distribute, and monetize content in your jurisdiction. The Company may require age verification at any time.

2. Creator Access Fee

Creator Mode is activated via a one-time payment (Starter: $49 / Pro: $99 / Elite: $199 USD). This fee is non-refundable except in cases of verified platform error. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing for new activations with 30 days' notice.

3. Content Ownership & License

You retain full ownership of original content you create. By posting content through the Services, you grant ArchEngine Dynamics LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform. This license terminates when you remove the content, subject to cached or distributed copies.

4. Revenue & Earnings

At this time, OnlyToc™ does not process creator-to-follower subscription payments within the Platform. Creators are solely responsible for managing any independent or external monetization methods outside of OnlyToc™. ArchEngine Dynamics LLC does not facilitate, process, or guarantee external payments between users. If future in-platform monetization features are introduced, applicable terms and revenue structures will be published in advance. The Company is not responsible for payment disputes, failed transactions, or financial losses arising from third-party processors.

5. Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all taxes, levies, and duties applicable to your earnings. The Company does not withhold taxes on behalf of creators. You may be required to provide tax identification information for compliance purposes.

6. Content Standards

All creator content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. Prohibited content includes: sexually explicit material, content involving minors, content promoting illegal activity, content that violates third-party intellectual property rights, or content that violates platform community standards.

7. Subscriber Relationships

Creators are responsible for delivering the content and experiences advertised to subscribers. Deceptive practices, including misrepresenting content or subscriber benefits, are grounds for immediate termination without refund of the Creator Access fee.

8. Intellectual Property

You represent that all content you post is original or you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions. You agree not to post content that infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices under our DMCA Policy.

9. Platform Rights

The Company reserves the right to remove any content that violates our policies, suspend or terminate Creator Mode access for violations, and modify creator features with reasonable notice. Creator Mode termination for violations does not entitle you to a refund of the access fee.

10. Independent Contractor

Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and ArchEngine Dynamics LLC. You are an independent creator using the platform under license.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ArchEngine Dynamics LLC against any claims arising from your content, your subscriber relationships, your tax obligations, or your violation of this Agreement.

12. Chargeback Policy

Users must contact support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and legal recovery action. Contact: support@onlytoc.app
