Minor Safety & Parental Controls Policy

The safety of minors is one of our highest priorities. This policy outlines how OnlyToc™ protects users under 18, what controls are available to parents and guardians, and our zero-tolerance stance on content that exploits or endangers minors.

1. Age Requirements

• Minimum age to register: 13 years old
• Creator Mode: Restricted to users 18 and older
• Users under 13: May not create accounts. Any accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be immediately deleted.

By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have obtained parental or guardian consent where required by law.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

OnlyToc™ maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy for CSAM. We:

• Immediately remove such content upon detection or report
• Permanently ban all accounts associated with such content
• Report all instances to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline
• Fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations

3. Teen Safety Features (Ages 13–17)

Teen accounts operate under enhanced safety restrictions:

• Enhanced content filters enabled by default
• AI companions operate in restricted, age-appropriate mode
• Direct messaging from unknown adults is blocked
• Creator Mode is fully disabled
• Discover and matching features may be limited
• Activity logs available for linked parent/guardian accounts
• Automatic detection of high-risk keywords and behaviors

4. Teen AI Interaction Safeguards

AI companions interacting with users ages 13–17 are subject to strict behavioral limitations. Teen AI companions are prohibited from:

• Expressing romantic interest
• Simulating romantic relationships
• Engaging in flirtation
• Encouraging emotional dependency
• Participating in dating or intimacy roleplay
• Discussing adult topics
• Suggesting real-world meetings
• Sharing or requesting personal contact information

AI companions in Teen Zone are designed strictly as supportive conversational assistants, educational or motivational companions, and entertainment-based AI characters.

If inappropriate content is attempted, the AI will redirect the conversation to safe topics, trigger automated moderation flags, and escalate to human review when necessary.

5. Adult–Minor Interaction Firewall

OnlyToc™ enforces strict technical separation between adult accounts (18+) and teen accounts (13–17). Under no circumstances can:

• Adults interact with Teen AI companions
• Teens access Adult AI companions
• Adult users communicate privately with teen users

This separation is enforced through backend age verification flags, permission-based access controls, and system-level segmentation.

6. Grooming & Exploitation Prevention

OnlyToc™ actively monitors for grooming behavior patterns, including:

• Attempts to move conversations off-platform
• Requests for personal contact information
• Emotional manipulation or dependency tactics
• Attempts to bypass age restrictions
• Repeated boundary testing

Accounts engaging in grooming behavior will be immediately suspended, permanently banned, and reported to appropriate authorities when required.

7. Parental Controls

Parents and guardians may:

• Link their account via Settings → Parental Controls
• Review teen activity logs
• Set communication restrictions
• Disable certain features
• Request full account deletion

Verification may be required before granting parental access.

8. Data Privacy for Minors (COPPA & Global Compliance)

OnlyToc™ complies with COPPA (United States), GDPR-K (European Union child data protections), and U.S. federal and Puerto Rico child protection laws. We:

• Do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13
• Limit data collection for users 13–15
• Do not serve targeted advertising to users under 18
• Do not sell minor user data
• Store teen data with additional security controls

9. AI Monitoring & Automated Safeguards

AI interactions are monitored using:

• Real-time content filtering
• Keyword detection systems
• Behavioral anomaly monitoring
• Escalation protocols

If high-risk patterns are detected: conversations may be paused, accounts may be restricted, and authorities may be notified where legally required.

10. No Real-World Contact Policy

OnlyToc™ is a digital-only platform. Users and AI companions are strictly prohibited from:

• Arranging in-person meetings
• Sharing home addresses
• Sharing personal phone numbers
• Encouraging offline contact

Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

11. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter content or behavior that endangers a minor:

• Use the in-app "Report" feature
