This Privacy Policy describes how ArchEngine Dynamics LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of OnlyToc™ (www.onlytoc.app), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our platform, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

a) Information You Provide: Account registration details (name, email, date of birth, password); profile information (bio, avatar, social links); content you post (text, images, videos); messages and communications; payment information (processed by Stripe or PayPal — we do not store full card numbers).

b) Information Collected Automatically: Device identifiers, IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent, click-stream data, crash reports, and performance data.

c) Cookies & Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, pixels, and local storage to authenticate sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but certain features may not function.

d) Third-Party Sources: If you connect a social account, we may receive profile data from that provider subject to their privacy policies.

• Process payments and manage creator access
• Personalize content and AI companion interactions
• Send transactional and promotional communications (with opt-out)
• Detect fraud, abuse, and enforce our policies

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Service Providers: Hosting, payment processing (Stripe, PayPal), analytics, email delivery, and fraud prevention vendors under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OnlyToc, its users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity.
• With Your Consent: For any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection with your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. You may request deletion at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may retain certain data for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes for up to 7 years.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

OnlyToc is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly. Users between 13–17 are subject to enhanced parental controls. Creator Mode is restricted to users 18 and older.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access, correct, or delete your data; withdraw consent; object to or restrict processing; data portability; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Submit requests to legal@onlytoc.app.

7. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to opt-out of sale (we do not sell data), and to non-discrimination for exercising rights. To make a request, contact legal@onlytoc.app.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries. By using the Services, you consent to such transfer. We implement appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
