DMCA Policy

ArchEngine Dynamics LLC ("Company"), operator of OnlyToc™, respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe content on OnlyToc infringes your copyright, please follow the process below.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, provide the following to our Designated Copyright Agent at dmca@onlytoc.app:

1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. A description of where the infringing material is located on OnlyToc (URL or specific description).
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@onlytoc.app including:

1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district, and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Users who receive three or more valid DMCA takedown notices may have their accounts permanently terminated.

4. IP Enforcement

ArchEngine Dynamics LLC vigorously protects its own intellectual property, including the OnlyToc™ trademark, platform technology, AI systems, and all associated branding. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of OnlyToc™ trademarks or technology will be pursued through all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and monetary damages.
